Review: Good quality, chainsaw, burn pile etc. - I am on my second pair of these gloves. They last for about 3 years with pretty regular use through the fall/winter chainsawing, splitting, and moving around firewood and pile burning. I use them at least one full day, 2-3 times a month from October through March. When they start to wear out (the seams start to pull apart not the material itself) I turn them into garden gloves where I'm not so worried about a hot coal or slipped chain cutting off my fingers. That said I haven't had contact with a sliped chain while wearing this particular brand of gloves. I have made contact with coals while tending a burn pile and these gloves did protect my hands. I bought these as a set with a pair of chaps and a helmet with ear protection that are also good quality. Those items have lasted well beyond 3 years.
