MANY ASSUMPTIONS ARE MADE WITH THESE INSTRUCTIONS]: Connect the line to the *source tank and bleed it of air before connecting it to the **receiving tank (if possible). Using dry-ice and acetone or denatured alcohol, in a 5 gallon bucket (or smaller), will lower the temperature of the slurry to under -50C. Submerge the receiving tank into this slurry for a short time. A "short time" means, until the receiving can becomes the same temperature as the slurry and it stops boiling. [This also assumes that you have more than 1 brain cell in your head and you use proper gloves and OUTDOORSNESS] ******NO SPARKS, OPEN FLAMES, SMOKING, SLOW DANCING, ETC.. Connect the hose from the source tank to the receiving can and re-submerge for a short time (Again, "short time" is relative"). Alternatively, you could weigh the can before you fill it and fill it to its correct weight (instead of re-submerging). It/I, can/would also assume that IF the can is empty, then I need 7.75 oz of fuel from the source, in order to fill the receiver can completely. OR... put the source can on a scale instead, and subtract the weight, as it fills the receiving tank. *Source.
