No wrinkles at all if I hang dry. They have a few loose threads out of the package, but I usually nip those with a lighter. Just be careful not to burn the fabric. It fit him as expected and is a nice lightweight fabric that doesn't feel too obviously synthetic. I intend to go in and add white details, and replace the closure frogs with white ones, to make it more accurate. But it's a great base for the costume! (Stark's top is actually sleeveless, but he usually wears a jacket over it so it doesn't matter much.
