I hate giving bad reviews but this item is terrible. It literally hasn’t worked even one time. Not even once! It just shreds the paper: I’ve tried it on multiple different types of papers, from regular printer paper, to cardstock to scrapbooking paper, handmade, mulberry, etc. and it hasn’t worked at all. I’ve had different family members try to get it to work and it never does. I make sure to take all the scraps out every time (which is NOT easy because they get stuck from all the shredding). Long story short, do not buy this. I will update if anything changes.. it really sucks because I was so excited about this :( and I’ve never given a bad review before (I like yo give everything the benefit of the doubt) so this one star review says a lot.
