Horrible. its $500 for a brand new one but you will need to pay $299 every other year for calibration?? Makes absolutely no sense.

Buy upgraded Eagle 2x instead
I bought this unit and tried to use it on 90+ furnaces and it would not read gross efficiency. That means that it wouldn't calculate the water vapor part of the equation. A call to the tech. department confirmed this! Buy the 2x c155 instead.
