I am an adult female with a normal head size but when I tried a silicone cap, I was not able to wear it for a second.** A: I’m a man with average sized head (I think) and normal amount of short hair. This is way too small. Yeah, I can stretch it to fit, but I’d get a headache in 10 minutes from this thing. **Q: Will it fit a 20inch head** A: This is one size fits all, so it should. **Q: trying to decide between Latex, Silicone and Lycra. What is the difference in feel and performance?** A: Latex is your traditional swim cap made of balloon like material. Silicone is thicker and does not pull your hair as much. It is easier to put on and more comfortable for about 5 seconds, but then it starts falling off. Lycra is swim suit material. It is good to wear under a regular cap to protect your hair and make it more comfortable.
