This unique combination results a vibrant coloured, beautifully fragrant paprika, with a sweet lingering taste that compliments more delicate flavours of chicken and seafood. Although its most well known use is in paella, try mixing it with olive oil and brushing over your chosen meat before cooking - you will be amazed. La Lidia Pimentón de Murcia is from Felix Reverte in Murcia a family company that has been producing paprika for over 100 years. I prefer this sweet unsmoked type, I use it instead of black pepper to different foods e.g. to chickens (or together in meatballs e.g.). Spanish foods have always the best qualities. I use a lot of this product so this amount is better than the smaller one's. Highly recommended. If you fry it in oil after the onion, do it just for a few seconds without burning it please. The smell and the taste is amazing.
