I will absolutely be recommending Bear Grip going forward.The bands themselves are very high quality, very comfortable and do not pucker or slip.The price for a pack of 3 is incredible value, and I would happily have paid a higher price. The lightest of range is softer to the touch than heaviest resistance. Also all bands are the same circumference for anyone confused about the 'sizes'. Slider discs I haven't tried yet though looks very good and I am looking forward to.
