It definitely does it’s job! After I’ve worn it for awhile and I take it off I can tell that my shoulders still sit straighter. I’ve been needing to go to the chiropractor quite a bit to get corrected and I realized it was mainly because I’m always looking down and have bad posture. I’m looking down a lot because for one I have two small kids and for 2 I’m a stay at home mom so always doing laundry, dishes, bills and all those things. I found this product and decided to give it a try. I figured it was cheaper than another chiropractor appointment so even if it didn’t work it would be worth a try. So all that to say I am very happy with how it helps straighten my back and I go to the chiropractor far less than before! My only complaint is that I have to occasionally pull down on the back of it to keep it where it should be. Not a big deal and it’s easy to do. It’s to be expected I’m sure. It just slowly slides up as I’m moving around working. I love this thing! And the price is great! So worth it! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfortable and easy to use. *by D***N on May 14, 2019* I purchased this model to have a second brace to use when working at home vs. at the office. This one was about half the price of an almost identical product I had previously purchased. Although almost identical, this product is MUCH more comfortable to wear. The straps are longer making it easier to adjust. I cannot imagine how a man could fit into the other model but there is plenty of room in this one for a larger person. I sit at a desk typing all day and wearing this for a few hours a day makes a huge difference in preventing back pain that occurs from improper desk posture. (I have a really good chair and my desk is ergonomically correct but needed to add this posture brace to prevent pain.) You may experience pain in new areas, particularly if you don't build up gradually the amount of time you wear it, but overall, when I've felt pain, wearing the brace has immediately resolved it. Go with this product over other manufacturers selling similar products though.
