## Questions & Answers

**Q: This says it is 12". Will it seal a 12" bag?**
A: 12" is the size of the sealing bar.  I think they might work but I never try the bag that size.

**Q: is there a warranty on this product from the company?**
A: I can't remember now. I bought mine close to two years ago and it still works. After about a year the metal strip that is heated to seal the bags wore out. But they include two extra bands that are easy to install.

**Q: Will this seal the end of straws to make honey straws?**
A: Yes

**Q: Will this impulse sealer work with ldpe and hdpe plastics?**
A: Can not answer.
