**Q: Can you order replacement shape pieces?**
A: Don’t know , but I would say no

**Q: Is this good during airplane travel or is it too big?**
A: There are two metal containers, one for the cards and one for the wood pieces. Card container is slightly bigger than a deck of playing cards and the other is about the size of a thin, normal thickness paperback book.  The size would would be fine for travel, you only need a flat surface to use the puzzle.
