Review: Great Product but did not suit me - Not sure these are for me. I thought my sleepless nights and stress could be cured a little with magnesium - that's what I was told, perhaps I lacked magnesium. Turns out - they made me sleep BUT made me pee up to 3 times a night, and then made me feel very groggy and spaced out the next day. Sadly, I obviously don't react well to Magnesium. However, the ingredients are pure - no nasties, just don't suit me. Perhaps I don't need magnesium?
