It works great & I received it earlier than expected. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's NVMe to PCie 3.0 x1 adapter *by S***E on 27 April 2023* Pretty much as the title of this review says. This card slots into a PCIe 3.0 x1 slot, and thus forces any NVMe SSD to run at those speeds--with a max theoretical of 1GB/s. But realistically, you're going to have to expect less than that.It's worth to note that this is being installed in a ROG Strix B550-F Gaming motherboard. The SSD installed in this adapter card is, at the time of writing, a Western Digital Blue SN570 1TB NVMe.All is working as expected, no additional drivers were needed. It comes with additional/spare screws, and a low profile bracket--straight forward to install. The only gripe I have is blue indicator lights on the board itself. I may, at some point, design and 3D print some kind of shroud to block those lights since it clashes with the aesthetic of my rig. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Used Windows Disk Management to set up a new SSD and it worked straight away. *by W***C on 5 January 2024* I needed to add a backup SSD to my PC.
