I'm relatively new to making madeleines, but I decided to give it a go. Only problem: I didn't have a pan for it! After searching Amazon and comparing a few different ones, this one appeared to be the best. The good: It's easy to clean, my madeleines didn't stick to the pan, and the end result was beautifully shaped madeleines with the perfect bump. It also has more madeleine molds than a lot of the other brands, which I loved.
