No programming required. The control modules are cheap. This gets you around fees to program and upgrades all in one ### ⭐ Key could not be programed *by S***E on July 17, 2020* Key could not be programmed. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Works, not easy for machine or programmer to recognize *by C***. on September 6, 2019* I bought 2 different keys from Amazon. This one because it could arrive sooner, and another with bright yellow cord. This one was not initially recognized by the diagnostic tool. In fact the "Test Key" function never recognized it. In programming mode, I was able to move it around a bit and get it to program. On the SeaDoo, it also needs to be moved around a bit to be recognized, but it did work.
