Looking for a vacuum that’s good on pet hair for carpet stairs.** A: In my opinion, it doesn’t suck up very well. I have to continually go over the same spot over and over. I have had this sweeper for almost a year. I do not use it excessively, just for quick pick ups. But now, I turn it on and power it up with the turbo , and it can only be running it for a couple minutes and it shuts the sweeper right down. Then you can only use it in the lower power range. Not worth the money in my opinion. **Q: What is the battery charger output?** A: Battery charger output 26V 0.45A **Q: brush has stopped working and the suction is minimal, what is the return policy?** A: Mine did that. Take it all apart and blow it out real good .
