Before I get into that I'd like like to recommend (if you are using this because you have excess skin and some fat. it's NOT a magic pair of undies to make you lose weight. It's to help keep things in place if you have lost weight and have that extra skin.) Getting a compression shirt and short combo (one peice). Those have its own pros and cons but that will help get you thru a work day MUCH better than these. I personally use this when I'm on my off day or know I won't be running and climbing up hills at work.. now with the pros and cons.PROS--insanely comfortable (great for lounging around or low intense days)-sticks to your body very tight and won't show on most clothing.- goes well with compression shirt (different pros to havening two compression items)-great priceCons--One peiceI wish I could think of more cons lol.
