This resistance band is great! I’ve been looking for bands that aren’t rubber and that won’t stretch or break and this one is amazing. I’ve used it twice so far and it’s by far better than ones I’ve used in the past. It does have a hard time stretching but it makes your workout more challenging which is great. The material is very durable and I can tell it will last a long time.
