I keep my phone in my pack and use this case to keep things from scratching the surface of my phone. The case also has a very pretty design. I've only been using it a short while, so I can't attest to how well it holds up, but I can say that I'm very pleased so far and would highly recommend it! I do think that if you have a longer phone this would not work for you, because it just fits my S8 exactly, so I don't know that it would fit an S8+ or anything larger. I did think at first that this seemed a bit expensive, but now that I have it I can say that I think it's worth the money.
