Review: You will sweat! - !!UPDATE!!! i was completely drenched in sweat today, it literally poured off of my body onto the floor I highly recommend this. SIZE UP THOUGH! i got what desertcart rec before and it was to small/.not getting enough results I sized up and it covers my entire stomach!! It definitely works! You will sweat like crazy I did get the sweat stick as well the vanilla scent and it definitely helps you sweat a little more than just the band plus smells delicious. My only complaint is don't listen to the size recommendation.. it recommend I get a medium and that was very snug on me I'm 190 5'3 with a apron post partum tummy and it only covers half my stomach and it was very snug. I got returned that size and got the large and the large covers EVERYTHING and is not uncomfortable or to snug it's just right! Size up a bit is my recommendation IF you want full coverage from waist to under bra line.. I haven't used long enough to get results but I do sweat so it is true to its purpose!

I found that this did not fit well for me, it fit, but it fit too tight, so I bought a second one and attached them together to make a bigger belt that fits well. It does make me sweat buckets. A: Fat deposits build up in excess where there is a lack of blood flow. For me this is around my abdominal mid-section (love-handles, excess belly fat, etc). This is designed to warm the area and promote blood flow which should also result in increased sweating and fat-loss. So in theory yes it should work for you. Or rather the results should be better than if you went without using it.

**Q: Will this control the stomach jiggle and stay put during ALL exercises, jumping, running, kickboxing, etc? Can you see the sweat during exercise?**
A: It will help with the jiggle but not control all of it. It does make you sweat but you need to buy the lotion that comes with it. It stays up during exercise but I have a weird shape of body so in one side is loose & in the other side would be tight

**Q: Does this lose a lot of your belly fat or just your waist. because I really need to lose my belly fat**
A: I have only been using it for a week now, but I think it emphasizes helping you lose belly fat. That's why I bought it. So far, so good. Down a couple inches (in combination with healthy eating).
