Secondly, I wake up less stiff, has kept the sciatica away, and even my knees feel better.I have quite large thighs and the strap isn't at all tight. It stretches quite a bit so if you're a bigger girl like me, this will still fit.I wouldn't go without one now.I do wish it was a bit more firm as it does start to flatten a bit as the night goes on, but that's normal for memory foam.
