The package itself had been smashed, paper ripped open and rhinestones spilling out, and was full of broken glass dust and broken pieces. After sorting through the pieces, I'd estimate 20% or more were broken, chipped, scratched, or otherwise visibly damaged.If I hadn't needed them right away for my daughter's cheer competition, I would have returned the whole thing, but I didn't have time to do that so I used what I could.
