I grt a good stretch and head to work! I plan to use it more but busy busy busy!! It is very sturdy! I weight 214-223 and use it without feeling like it may give way or buckle while I’m on it. I plan to use it. I have had foot surgery and this helps with getting in my stretch and flexing.
