She recently started aligners and I wanted to make sure she was keeping up with her oral hygiene. I’m not sure how they look in a dirty mouth, but I have her do them after her initial brush. It turns everything red (her teeth, tongue, lips). By the time she’s finished, it’s off of everything. She brushes, flosses, uses a peroxide based mouthwash, and uses a water flosser. When she first started her aligners, I wasn’t happy about how well she cleaned her tongue.
