I bought my Filter Queen air cleaner a few years back and was told by the salesman that the filter would last about a year and then I would need to replace the filter for about $100. So when the filter needed to be replaced the the machine went to the basement.  A couple of weeks ago I decided to get it out and to try and find a cheaper filter and found it though you at a third of the price. Now the air cleaner will be used regularly and not stored because I can not afford a new filter! Thank you! Your filter is working great. Delivery was as promised as well. I will be buying from you again! Thank you!

This filter doesn't fully cover the hepa filter. It is about 1/4" short in covering top to bottom of the filter.

The filter is just a tiny bit to small. I could hardly get the velcro strips to adhere to eachother. It needs to be about 1/2 inch longer.  It took 4 hands to install it. 2 to hold it in place and 2 to put the machine back around it. Otherwise the filter kept coming undone.
