**Q: is the product color grey?**
A: The one I have is white or off white

**Q: Does this include the foam insert?**
A: Yes it comes with the foam. You should be aware that this manufacturer doesn’t make their flap to spec anymore. The flap is off by amour 3 or 4mm making it have a gap at the sides larger than the ones they used to manufacturer years ago. That means that it will fit loosely and fall off with water movement. One solution i found was removing some plastic off with a utility knife where the spring pushes the post out further.

A: Both

**Q: Does this have a spring that fixes the tabs to the side walls?  Do they compress all the way into the flapper**
A: Only one side (right side when looking at pic) compress all the way into the weir door or flapper.  The other side is fixed.
