Because I could pay $6 at Ralphs for a large bottle of lotion soap, but what I WANT is good soap that will work with our touchless dispensers. Much more sanitary in this age of needing to be clean. However, there is no point in buying it if the packing is so bad that the dispensing part breaks. If the manufacturer won't supply a sturdy cap, then Amazon has to learn how to pack these things so they don't move and land on their nozzles and break them. These are heavy bottles with delicate plastic nozzle fixtures!
