I'm 5'2", started at 150 lb, and am pear shaped. Looked up my size and got the 36. It fit perfectly.Dries quickly and the color is holding up well after a month of use.I've lost about 10 pounds now and the swimsuit still fits well.I threw a pen in the picture for a size reference.

My daughter is 10 but wears a size 14/16 and I purchased the 36 and it fit perfectly! I cant believe how well it looks on her. I am so glad I got lucky with the size because it was really guessing based on other reviews. It covers her nicely. Love this suit so far, I will be getting more of this brand in the future.

My now 12-year old daughter has had several Dolfin Uglies one-piece suits and they fit her really well. This suit was no exception! I just wish she’d quit growing so fast so we could get more use out of it, at least more than one summer/swim season. However, the price point on these suits is a lot better than TYR (equally great suits, but a lot more spendy). The colors stay bright/vivid, they hold their shape, and they stay put without riding up or twisting — all very important when you’re swimming hard! Definitely would buy again!
