**Q: Does it give psi or psig? The gauge face shows the unit in psi (also see product details), while the temp-pressure mapping appears to be F-psig.**
A: PSIG only. When disconnected the gauges read zero. The P-T chart for R-134a is fairly accurate to within around 3 degrees F, as far as I can tell, which means it is definitely PSIG/TempF.

**Q: Is this fahrenheit? i do not want celsius?  the pictures show f but the third bullet point on the description says celsius?  what is the truth?**
A: These have Fahrenheit scale on them.

**Q: Under what circumstances should the pins (as shown in D, similar to tire valve pins) be unscrewed from the ends of hoses using the red tool?**
A: I would say these are extra valve cores in case one goes bad

**Q: Are these low loss fittings?**
