It will be great paired with a casual dress. I added a photo of measurements for 3 different sizes I ordered (since there is free returns), as I really wanted it to fit and reviews were all over the place for this… definitely runs smaller than true to size. Personally, I am 5’1”, 118 lbs and a 36B. Normally I probably would have ordered a M, so I ordered a L, XL & XXL-P. All this jacket basically does, is get wider. As you’ll see in the photos, the rest pretty much is the same. I would guess with large arms, the sleeves would get tighter, but, like I said, it has Lots of stretch to it - very comfortable!! I would guess purchasing 1 size up would do it. But compare something you already own to the photo.🙂 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It’s run small.
