Tysm πŸ₯°** A: No, no rust. But even so I would not buy it again. The whole thing is poorly thought through from an ergonomic standpoint. The top portion is incorrectly sized for standard sized sponges in the US so they fall out unless you wedge the sponges horizontally in the interstices of the side armature, and if you do that, then the sponges leak water onto the counter because they’re no longer over the β€œtoo-small” base. The product was perhaps well-intentioned by its designers, but it appears no-one actually thought through its utility in the field. Perhaps it works better in other parts of the world where sponges are differently sized and proportioned, but I have my doubts.
