My glove size is men’s small. I got the left-hand wrist brace. The top strap might not come in contact with your skin if the strap were narrower. This product comes in only one size. It is lightweight enough to be comfortable, hand-washable, and made of quality materials (including leather). I would rate it 5 stars if it fit my thumb area better. The Comfey Night Wrist Sleep Support Brace is comparable to this one; however, the Comfey fits both hands, has a narrow velcro strap at the top, costs more, and is made of cheaper materials. The Mueller Green Fitted Wrist Brace fits good, and Amazon sells a lot of them. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not Meant for Large Hands *by J***S on Reviewed in the United States on May 30, 2019* The wrist brace is as described, but the thumb whole is too tight. I wear men's large gloves, and my thumb was hurting after an hour or so. Helped relieve tingling in fingers and inflammation / swelling in my wrist area. The thumb hole is ridiculously tiny and left red marks on my skin until I cut the hole bigger. The brace is strudy but the Velcro is a little weak, and not sure how long it will last.
