They do run big.HOWEVER! I'm a surgical scrub nurse so I'm standing or walking 7 hours of an 8 hour shift. And me feet are swollen by the end of the day.So the fact that these shoes run bigger..it works for me..Bc now when my feet swell..they have room to swell! Lol! So their fat and swollen but not fat,swollen and painful! Right out of the box I wore them to work.My feet didn't hurt not one time during my 8 hour shift! Feels like I'm walking on a cloud, only with good support. Great no-slip soles and wonderful breathable mesh on top. The heels have this special air cushion which absorbs and reduces shock. They come in a variety of colors; I chose the purple, which I totally love, altho my hubby thinks it a bit inappropriate for my "advanced" age group (I'm 73) (but I don't really give a damn about age appropriate stuff). These are fun shoes, whether you are on your feet all day or sitting most of the day or somewhere in-between. And the price is really good! Go get a pair (or two). You won't regret it.
