This 8-inch size is a versatile size for the buffet table. The cork's natural, organic look blends easily on a formal or casual table. Review: Beautiful cork trivets - Lovely trivets. Cork is such a nice material for trivets because it's perfectly suited to the task: - soft and self-padded, no felt feet plastic bumpers to worry about. - absorb moisture (within reason) without damage. - great heat insulator, so perfect for the standard task of protecting your table when putting down a hot dish. - quality cork is elegant and looks understated. So even if they stay out on your table or counter, they don't look out of place. PROS: - Great quality cork, much nicer than the IKEA cork trivets - Well made item: smooth and no jagged edges. CONS: - None. I bought some cork trivets at IKEA years ago. It was a pack of 3, and I was always finding myself needing more. So I stocked up on these, and I'm glad I did. I like these better than the IKEA because the Linden cork trivets are more attractive cork: smoother, and more even colored. All in all, very pleased with the purchase. Review: As advertised - Needed this as a replacement for support under a water filter - it is the perfect size and thickness. ## Features - Multipurpose: Water absorbent therefore perfect for plants and as a coaster for multiple mugs, glasses and a great addition to your buffet. I have a hand-scraped oak and mahogany butcherblock island countertop. I wanted something to set my whiskey decanter on and not have it sweat or drip onto the wood. I also wanted something that would look good with that countertop. This was the perfect solution. Wonderful quality and it looks great. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.us/products/1231380-linden-sweden-jonas-round-cork-trivet-8-inch](https://www.desertcart.us/products/1231380-linden-sweden-jonas-round-cork-trivet-8-inch) --- *Product available on Desertcart United States of America* *Store origin: US* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
