Upon opening the box, I noticed the battery has a clear sticky plastic cover like the one you have on new phone screen to peel off. But the plastic cover was all bubbly and not clean looking, no dirt or hairs found but not a typical brand new plastic cover stick quality. I opened the screw driver bag and check the driver bits. I had two drive bits of same kind which was T5, description says T5 and P5 are given. Of course, with missing P5 I couldn't open the laptop. This whole situation made me think, is this someone's returned item?
