LOL I suggest getting the balloons filled with a tank. The balloon arch is super simple to assemble but there are a lot of balloons...a lot.. Aside from that super easy to put together. Oh and the puffy little tissue balls take some patience! Imagine, lots of thin little layers that you have to carefully separate and fluff.
