For a boomer like myself, this has brought back all the flavor of my youth by improving every recipe calling for mayo that I have. It's like all the aunts and grandma are in the kitchen working their magic! I even ground up spiced ham with pickle and mayo for sandwiches again. Glad I stumbled across this but I'm not telling my family why everything is tasting better this summer.

This is a big container of mayonnaise. The plastic jar seals great and it arrived fresh. This is not an oily mayonnaise it is made from egg yolks, it is savory, versatile, and excellent. If you have the space in your refrigerator this will save you money. Use on sandwiches, add to salads, soups, add to macaroni & cheese instead of butter, make dipping sauces, and it has a nice aroma not a sour unpleasant one. Buy it you will love it.
