It is availabe in english and spanish, it arrived in Italian to me but I can deal with the language....well I'm actually very good in Italian ;) However, back to the book...it drives you thruogh the world af fats, sugars and liquids (this is ICE cream) and it tells you how to balance all these ingredients in orther to have the perfect ICE cream/Sorbetto. So again, are you seriously trying to have a perfect Gelato? Get yoursefl this book.

A bad copy of the book she wrote 5 years ago, this one without photos, small, cheap paper, same recipes way too expensive for a black and white book Which is not different for, again, the book published 5 years before....

It is availabe in english and spanish, it arrived in Italian to me but I can deal with the language....well I'm actually very good in Italian ;) However, back to the book...it drives you thruogh the world af fats, sugars and liquids (this is ICE cream) and it tells you how to balance all these ingredients in orther to have the perfect ICE cream/Sorbetto.
