So i've had this item for a couple of months now, and am just getting to writing my review. I was in the same boat as many of the other "low" reviews, as when I purchased the item, the description showed that it came with a required XLR cable. I emailed them and they were very quick to reply, thanking me for notifying them and they immediately had Amazon change their description to more accurately describe what you were getting. While I know firsthand the frustration of receiving the item and not being able to use it right away due to inaccurate description, I feel their customer service and response time was very good, and the fact that if you communicate with them, they made good overall and did actually change the description, so are not out trying to scam anyone. Dropping this item to 1 star for that alone is pretty extreme. For the price (heck, even for items priced higher) this is a very solid product. Ports feel really solid and durable as does the overall construction of the amp itself. It works wonderfully and provides plenty of power for my 3.5mm condensor microphone i'd purchased on Wish. I don't notice any introduced noise and it works exactly as you'd expect.I'm giving a full 5 stars even after my missing component, due to the company's great customer service and fast reaction to fixing the issue in whole. the product is worth 5 stars, and the company has proven worthy of 5 stars as well. Don't let the low reviews for that issue stop you from buying. Just be sure you get an XLR cable if you're needing one as well. Think about your connections.

The power condenser is great,works well,but for the second order now it doesnt come with the xlr audio cable wich is imperative for using the condenser.Not getting the cable make the rest of the equipment useless.

Mind you, I had the pleasure of reading the bad reviews before buying it and basically everyone is just complaining about it not coming with an XLR cable, so knowing that I still wanted it to see if powering phantom power instead of using my USB interface would result in some improvements, this thing adds zero noise, and I think it gets rid of some electrical noise I hear when using my interfaces phantom power.. I always found it weird they can get 48v from a 5v usb outlet, but anyways it works perfect and sounds clean. I'm still testing to see if I prefer this routing vs the interface alone but I will say this phantom power supply works perfectly as intended and its a solid build construction. (didn't need a xlr cable as I only use mogami anyways)

Not all the product was in the box missing the CLR cable. Wish I had read the reviews before I pay for it. Product is useless without this cord.

Does the job and is dirt cheap. That's my kind of deal. :)

Did not come with all the cords that is advertised on the box! Where the heck is my XlR Audio cable?????
