I was expecting them to be more like sneakers (flatter), but they are more heavy duty, as the bottom has excellent grip and grooves, and the soul has extra padding. These are perfect for yard work and even on off road walk. I haven't used them in wet grass yet, so I am not sure of the waterproof, but there are no holes so i can't imagine any water getting in. And you can't beat the price either, they also look great.

Theses are great! Very sturdy and comfortable shoes. These shoes have been great. This is my second pair of the Nortiv8 Low top shoe. They are for sure waterproof. I found this out after I had to spray them off with the hose after working in the yard. They are comfortable for all day wear and walking all day. These have replaced my athletic shoes as they sole is thicker and less likely to wear down. I will for sure stay with this brand as long as the quality remains the same. For the price, they are definitely worth giving a chance.
