I love these! I got them right after delivery and my milk came in very quick and produced a ton! I am not sure how much to contribute to these cookies but I was consistent in eating them each day along with a few other things I did tot increase milk production. These taste OK, but they are not worth the cost. I should have listened to those other reviews but was so hopeful. I thought blueberry was the best. These are very dry, maybe would be better covered in ice cream haha.
