A: I did .... and it didn't work.

**Q: What ingredients are in this item**
A: Ingredients are: citrus, aloe Vera, chamomile and vanilla

**Q: Can this be used on puppies?**
A: I use it on puppies by putting a small amount on cotton bud and clean just inside ears gently, and never has a problem. hope this answers your question.

**Q: Can this be applied with cotton wool?**
A: Yes.  I use a cotton wool pad and dampen it to gently clean out the inside the ear to remove any dirt or grease.
