**Q: The clips for the laptop do not grip the computer tightly enough.  otherwise i like the product.  how can i make my laptop more secure?**
A: That’s true but if you attach doors bumpers on the clips you make it works

A: The arm kit came supplied with a "T" shaped allen wrench which is inserted into the arm joint and either tightened or loosened according to the weight of the
laptop. Get a flashlight and peek into the arm joint area and you will see the allen wrench socket.
