Review: Gluten free - Delicious Review: One of my favs - I can’t eat gluten, and I’ve been dreaming of a cereal similar to French Toast Crunch.. this is almost there. The texture is similar once it sits in milk for a bit, and the taste is almost there. Flavor needs a bit honey & cinnamon or something, it does have cane sugar, and I use unsweetened almond milk which is already a bit sweet.. so it’s still good, just could use a little more. Problem with adding more is the sugar will be more than 9G..
