Review: Changed My Life - These are not perfect, but in my opinion, the pros definitely outweigh the cons and you can't really beat the value. Pros: These panties completely changed the way I feel during that time of the month. They feel like I'm wearing regular underwear, so I FINALLY don't have to walk around with a pad in between my legs all day. My periods are super heavy, so pad and tampon are a must. With these, I only have to wear a tampon. My first time wearing them, I felt dry for hours, went to the bathroom and I was shocked to see that the tampon basically only absorbed half of what wanted to come out. The whole party was red, but it had absorbed and I never even noticed it. It never leaked. I am totally comfortable in these! Paired with Flex or a cup, these are life changers! I feel like a normal person. Oh, and they don't smell. Even when you sweat... somehow they keep the smell from escaping when you're wearing them. Complete life changers. I will never go back to pads. Cons: They are pretty noisy with leggings. I pretty much only wear leggings and these have a fairly noticeable rubbing sound when you walk. Sounds like when you wear thick panty hose. But really, no will know what it's from, so it doesn't bother me too much. Also, I have a big butt.. but these are a little loose in the butt area for some reason (not usually a problem that I have). It hasn't affected their protection against leaks, but o just feel like I gave to pull them down a good bit. All in all, not much to complain about. I love them. I am hooked on period panties now. UPDATE: (TMI alert) For reasons that are irrelevant, I ended up having to wear a pair of these all day with no other source of protection. Not a super heavy flow, but definitely not light, which is not what these are supposed to be made for. However, they worked extremely well. No leaks. In fact, unlike pads, where it runs down and then soaks in, it soaks in right away in these, so it doesn't even look (or feel) like much at all--even though I knew it was--and it never even got close to the sides of the underwear. It soaked up quickly and somehow kept me feeling dry. 1 pair, 8 hours. I felt like I was wearing regular underwear and had no problems. I have no earthly idea how these thin panties can do that. It didn't seem possible. Like I said, not a light flow, but they did, and I was amazed. So there you have it. I HIGHLY recommend these.
Review: A layer of insurance! - These menstrual/incontinence underwear definitely get 5 stars, though there is room for improvement. Pros: ✓ Waterproof & leakproof ✓ Great (almost plus) fit, 3X = pant size 18-20 They are absolutely waterproof and leakproof. I poured a shot glass of water onto the inside liner and it held the liquid, without seeping through to the paper towel below. However, they aren't necessarily absorbent. The liquid didn't soak into the liner very quickly, but it also didn't leak through the layers. That said, these aren't intended to be worn in place of a pad/tampon/etc. but in addition to one. They're an added layer of insurance. In practical application, I've worn them for the entire span of my period. For the lightest days, you can probably get away with just the underwear (knowing you'll have soiled, but not permanently stained underwear... more on that in a minute). Heavier days and/or nights, use in addition to your normal methods to prevent stains on clothes or linens. They're really effective in this case -- when even a tampon/pad isn't enough, or if you're tired of changing sheets every morning because of leaks. What would I change? Read on... Cons: ✓ Not breathable ✓ Gray fabric liner shows soil These underwear are comfortable and not at all "diaper-like," especially after the first wash, but admittedly, they don't breathe real well. Understandably, considering their waterproof and leakproof feature. I do notice that my butt gets a little sweaty, more so than with cotton panties. And noticed it especially when not using a pad, but it's a trade-off that I can overlook for excellent leak protection. The only other thing I would change is making the heather-gray liner inside black fabric instead. The liner doesn't seem to permanently stain, but I've had to soak and pre-treat and scrub and use hydrogen peroxide to get the liner clean before laundering. If the liner were black, the soil wouldn't show and would require a lot less maintenance. I guess the upside is that I know the liner is completely clean once it doesn't show any stains. Were the liner black, I'd just wash underwear as I do any other pair and not worry about permanently staining them... but they definitely wouldn't be as clean either. All of that to say, I highly recommend these, in fact, buy two sets!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfortable leak-proof pantie but may not be for everyone!
*by A***R on August 28, 2020*

These are a comfortable leak-proof pantie but may not be for everyone! I purchased these for two reasons, the first being I have a mild bladder leak issue and can't stand pads or liners for numerous reasons. The second being I have a sweat condition Hyperhidrosis which causes excessive sweat in this area. So I was looking for something that was breathable and moisture-wicking that could also handle the occasional bladder leak issue. I know this is a lot to ask for from any pantie but I had hoped these were the answer. For me, these panties are made well but not quite what I hoped for, the reasons I say this is yes they appear to be leakproof. The fabric is soft and very comfortable but the inner fabric although soft has the feel of a leak-proof mattress cover. Which I was not expecting, because of this yes the inner fabric does protect against leaks but it also does not allow your skin to breathe which in turn caused my bum and other parts to sweat even more than they already do. So for me, these panties just seem like a waste of money. As the lack of breathability, the inner fabric has wich makes an already uncomfortable sweat condition worse which just outweighs the usefulness for a bladder leak issue. With all of that said if you don't have an issue with sweating then these are a good pantie, they fit as expected, they are well made and soft and they seem like they work well for leaks or lite menstrual days. But if you are looking for something that will allow your skin to breathe while still protecting from leaks then these are not for you.
