They are great to keep your pens and pencils handy so that you’re not always trying to find something to take notes with or write with. I know for me; we are always losing pens and I can never find one when I want to add something to the grocery list. This pen holder will go perfectly on our refrigerator next to our grocery list. It’s also great for writers and book reviewers, like myself. I can now have a pen handy for when inspiration hits or I need to take notes on my current review book. I put it on my metal library cart in my study, right by my reading and blogging area. These are very well made, and they look great. They can also fit more than one pen or pencil. I highly recommend this product and my husband is already trying to steal mine! I want to thank Heyrtz for the complimentary product for review. I was not required to write a positive review. Review: Good Product - These are nice pen pouches that I got for my 2 fridges. I got them so I can put permanent markers in them, stick them to the fridge and write expiration dates on the food. The back of the pouches are magnetic and hold markers great. They were an excellent price.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: would this pen holder work on my lap top computer?**
A: It's a pretty strong magnet - works terrific on my fridge.  I don't know if it is recommended to use magnets on a computer.

**Q: Can you use this to hold eyeglasses - just slipping one bow in accommodating the curve that goes around your ear?**
A: doesn't hold glasses

**Q: Do you suppose this could hold a pair of kitchen shears?**
A: I would say yes. The magnet is pretty strong on them. They’ve yet to move from weight on my fridge.

**Q: Is the pocket "pre-formed"?  I don't want to have to force the pen in or have to use two hands.  I want to just drop it in, friction-free.**
A: Yes, the pocket is pre-formed and the pen would not have to be "forced" into the holder. 
But whether or not you can "drop it in" will depend on the pen. The pen would need to be smooth plastic, no grip, like a Bic pen. My pens have a rubber-type grip around part of the pen. When I tried dropping, the grip stopped a smooth drop, I had to give a little push--with one hand, no need for two.

This two-pack of magnetic pen holders are fantastic. I wanted something streamlined and unobtrusive to hold a single pen. I am quite happy with the quality of this product. The magnet is strong. I actually stashed the other one in a drawer and when I pulled it out my full-sized scissors came out with it. Needless to say, you don't need to worry about it sliding off. A great little item for the fridge, toolbox or workshop. I plan to buy more to include with gifts. NOTE: You do have to separate the opening gently with your finger at first but nothing to take away a star for.
