**Q: board game acessories**
A: I would consider this too small to use in a board game, but, perfect to use for nuts, mints, small finger items as a snack holder ...while playing a board game

A: I don't think there is a finish on them, and I think that are foodgrade safe, but not positive, I don't use them for food. :) sorry.

**Q: Where was this made?**
A: I apologize, I am not aware exactly where the bowls are made, you can email them at Pacific Merchants and they can tell you. The site says the stuff is from all over the world :)

**Q: I am looking to use this on my altar to hold water all the time is it good for that**
A: I would be concerned to leave water in it 24/7.  It would work fine if it was emptied each evening.

This bowl is smaller than I expected, but that's my fault, I was in a hurry and didn't pay close enough attention to the size. I bought it as a dish for my toddler. I try to avoid plastic and although she eats out of glass it's sort-of dangerous! This bowl is tiny, but I LOVE it! I do use it for my child, but I can see myself using it for many other things. I wish I'd ordered 2. It's beautiful wood, sturdy and well-made.
