This stuff beat that record by caking while I was applying it.Got pores or wrinkles? You'll see every one of them magnified. Does it cover? Minimally.The fact that it is white is a plus. I looked down and it was on my dress, my arms, my knuckles... I had no idea foundation traveled so far. The smell didn't bother me and disappeared within 10 minutes. It takes about 2 minutes to change color and if you are light skinned, it will perfectly match your skin color.On the plus side, I think this stuff will survive a Monsoon, tornado and possibly fire. One washing with Cerave and it was still there, laughing. Washing #2 had very little effect. I got out the scrubber. It was sort of coming off and so I went for scrubbing number 2. Some of it is still on my skin. I gave up while I still had skin.I did get a reaction from it and it was hot is the only way I can describe it. You might not like the effect in a hot climate. This is why I never got to the part of putting powder on. I live in South Florida and had started sweating. If it gets in your eyes, it stings for a moment and it does get everywhere. You don't have to worry about coverage.The floral scent is a typical Oriental floral and very, very light. It shouldn't bother anyone near you.If you have young, relatively flawless skin and foundation always goes on smoothly and doesn't cake, this is a great product. Otherwise, it may not work for you. I will dispute those who say it doesn't feel heavy. You definitely feel it on your skin and though any pore is obvious I think it may form a contiguous film on the skin. Now it pumps out white and yes it gives you the appearance that it is changing color but if you are not in the tan color family you will look ashy. This is not chocolate girl friendly for sure unless you want to go out looking like you are wearing concealer or foundation 10 shades lighter than your actual color. I am a shade or 2 lighter than caramel skin tone and I was looking like I covered my face with concealer as foundation. After applying it leaves a very heavy shine but I found that I need to put it on and then go do something else for a bit before finishing with blush and powder.While I will continue to use it on occasion when I’m just out and about on the weekend and need some coverage it’s not in my regular routine and here’s why:It wasn’t a good match for my skin color.
