Review: Fantastic physical therapy and exercise tool - I bought this exercise ball so that I could do some of the exercises that my physical therapist assigned to me. It's a very comfortable weight and density. In addition to the exercises I planned to use with it, sometimes I place it behind my back and press up against a wall to gently massage some of the misaligned parts of my back. You may be familiar with this kind of technique using tennis balls or something similar, as it's something PT will often prescribe to you. But having the larger denser softer ball provides a nice option as well. Overall a great purchase on my part and I use it very frequently.
