This seat is ginormous; hardly portable. If you're going somewhere with lots of other clobber you'll never manage this as well. I could hardly fit my size 16 arse in the chair with the arms up. That said, it's very well made, sturdy, but quite heavy. A size 14 arse might just about get in it. If you didn't have much other stuff to clart about, and you understand you'll be carrying a portable chair that's bigger than a toddler, go for it.
